Form data processing notice
Controller: Vietnam Chinese Language Academy Joint Stock Company (CAE Vietnam brand). This notice applies to contact and pathway forms on the preview website.
What information do we collect?
We collect the sender’s name and contact details, request content, submission time, and source page. If a parent or guardian requests advice for a learner under 18, the form also collects the child’s name, age, and grade after consent. Do not submit images, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive details about a child.
How is it used?
CAE uses the information to respond, recommend programs, and follow up on the requested conversation. Submitting a form does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing. Only authorized staff can access the Lead Inbox; Cloudflare operates the website, API, and D1 infrastructure.
How long is it retained?
A lead is retained while consultation remains active. After 24 months without two-way communication, CAE reviews it for deletion or requests renewed consent for a defined purpose. Spam or invalid leads are processed within 30 days. Enrolled learner records follow a separate policy; this form does not replace those records.
Access, correction, withdrawal, and deletion
Submit a request through the contact page and write “Personal data request,” using the email address or phone number previously submitted. CAE verifies the requester through that contact channel before disclosing or deleting data. We respond within two business days and aim to resolve requests within 15 days unless legal retention is required. A lawful parent or guardian may exercise rights regarding their child’s information.
